BAUBLES 'n BLING (and news of a NEW GIVE AWAY!)

Okay girls, this one's just for you.  I know it's been a while since we've posted - things have been a little nuts here at the store.  We just received tons of new stuff and I (we) have been so busy trying to get all the new treasures out.  Just look at the goodies that I have for you in the store!

Robyn Story Designs and Boutique is known here in Tampa for our lighting.  We have some of the most unique lamps and chandeliers.  Things you won't find in department stores or big box stores.  Items that have a unique quality, ones with trims and fabrics like you've never seen.  I am thrilled when I hear the horn of the UPS driver and I know he's delivering my new shipment of lamps.

These are not 'custom' in the sense that you, the customer, orders them.  However, they are custom-made for me.  I sit with my rep and painstakingly go over each base, all fabric options, the many trims available, even the lining of the shades and pull it all together.  So, you get the instant gratification that you want at a store but with the assurance that there are no other ones alike - custom-made for you by me!

These lamps are like jewelry for your room.  I believe that every room should have a little something 'blingy', something that adds that sense of drama, texture, whimsy and style.  I think you'll be able to envision one of these in a special place in your home!

So meander through my 'virtual' store here and enjoy the luscious trims, fabrics and tassels on all the lamps!

Just look at the detail on the shades!

Dripping in luxury!

Don't you think that animal print is the new neutral!

The look of crackled plaster and velvet, who would think it could look so luscious together!

I LOVE bling!!  I had to show you these.  I know they're not lamps
but these are great 'baubles' for your room!

What's this you read about....a give-away?  Yes, our FREE-SHIPPING give away is now a thing of the past as well as our give-away through Blue Creek Home.  So it only seems fitting that we have another give away!!  Keep your eyes on the blog, we'll be announcing another fun way to win ANNIE SLOAN CHALK PAINTI also invite you to come along with me on my vacation back to our home in Colorado.  I look forward to sharing that part of my world with you through this blog!

  1. I'm a lamp nut, Robyn, so I love seeing all these pretties! I think my favorite is the thin one with the damask(?) shade and trim.

These new ones are stunning and I really have to say that I like the last blingy thingy! Is it a candleholder - love it whatever it is!

  10. Tried to email you but not sure if it was a success. I just wanted to say how much your pillow with St. Julienne spoke to me as it was my mother-in-law's name. Also she was French speaking.

I am Catholic with a great love of the Saints and so it spoke to me in that vein as well.

Would love to own it but will just have to be content with the lovely picture.

    With gratitude,
    Sylvia Faye
